Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms apply to all digital literacy training services provided by SafeNettLearn, Steinengraben 20, 4051 Basel, Switzerland. By enrolling, you fully accept these terms.

2. Enrollment and Booking

You can enroll in our courses online, by phone, or by email. A deposit of CHF 80 may be required to secure your spot for August 2025 courses.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Participant

• Cancel more than 72h before the start: full deposit refund.
• Cancel between 72h–24h before: 50% deposit retained.
• Cancel less than 24h or no-show: no refund.

3.2 Cancellation by SafeNettLearn

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, force majeure), SafeNettLearn will offer a new date or a full refund.

3.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

4. Responsibilities

SafeNettLearn is not liable for issues caused by pre-existing conditions of participant devices. All training is delivered according to Swiss digital standards.

5. Personal Data

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Swiss regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SafeNettLearn.com (texts, logos, images) is protected under Swiss and international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Basel.
